Visit to Rockingham 2004

Ako City and the City of Rockingham, Western Australia, Australia, have been in a sister city relationship since 1997 and fostered mutual friendship through various exchange especially in educational and cultural fields. 

In order to promote this friendship and commemorate the 10th anniversary of AIFA (Ako International Friendship Association), a delegation of 17 people was formed and visited the City of Rockingham and the Western Australia State from November 19th to 24th (or 26th), 2004.

The delegation consisted of the Chair (Speaker) of the Ako City Council, Cr Kometani, representatives from the Ako City Office and the Ako Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as private citizens.
